  • Finalize plan design and options.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
  • Finalize cost budget and contracts.

  • Obtain working drawings.

  • File permits and create timeline.

  • Review Selections List with home buyer.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Daily management and review of progress timeline.

  • Maintain quality control and take corrective action as needed.

  • Review change orders.

  • Maintain frequent contact with home buyer and arrange walk-through inspections.

GUARANTEE OF QUALITY

  • Finalize all inspections for a Certificate of Occupancy.

  • One year guarantee of all systems.
