Meet Paul Stepanov
The head, heart, and hands of the company.
Paul founded PAS Construction in 2020 after building broad, hands-on experience in construction and renovation. Today he works as a general contractor on residential and light-commercial projects throughout Salem and surrounding areas.
Because PAS Construction is owner-operated, clients are not passed from a salesperson to an unknown crew. Paul stays involved in the planning, problem-solving, communication, and workmanship that move each project forward.
The company takes on roofing, siding, flooring, window and door installation, remodeling, repairs, and multi-part projects where the details between trades matter just as much as the main installation.
